OJ's 1.3 Creative/Survival Server - ded

In survival, I was mining. Found a ♥♥♥♥ of ores, and that included diamonds. It gave me lots of XP too. I made myself a new chestplate, along with a sword and pick.
Chestplate: Projectile Protection II .-. (Level 6 enchant)
Pick: Silk Touch I, Efficiency IV (Not quite level 30, but it was a high level enchant)
Sword: Sharpness IV, Looting III (Also not yet level 30, but it was high)
I then went to the nether and found the fortress that Tsu had found already and made a path of torches to it , and closed in the blaze spawner. I got around a stack and a half of blaze rods with that sword, and killed a few ghasts and pigmen along the way, so I got more gold, gunpowder, ghast tears, and rotten flesh. I then dropped the sword in the lava on accident, so I made a new one.
New sword: Sharpness IV, Looting III, Knockback II (Level 30 enchant. Thank you Blaze for giving extra XP :>)
I didn't obtain any glowstone, though.

For an hour or so around noon. Hardy came on for a while, then he started getting end of streams.

Just want to know, how am I banned? I "killed tsu without permission" (hurrrrrr), which would be 1 warning, and I "griefed" (I only gave tracie the coords, but I'm not going to disput that, whatever). You didn't give me any other warnings (other than maybe being annoying, but pretty sure that was tracie), so I have 3 warnings right now, right? Along with that, the OP says that I only have 1 warning (which you probably didn't update). 3 warnings is not 5 warnings.


Or you just thought I was banned when I really am not.
