How do I get Minecraft running on Ubuntu?

Postby *Emelia K. Fletcher » October 22nd, 2011, 1:08 pm

So, I wanna play Minecraft now. I'm using Ubuntu (smexy interface), but I don't know how to get it up and running. I've downloaded the .jar file, but it tells me to execute it, and any solution I find involves Command-Lining Sudo, which I have no clue on how to use.

Any help here? Suyo, can you provide a tutorial or something?
