A 16 year old wanted them to sign a hat notch had already signed and they said as a joke that they could cross out notches sig and write ♥♥♥♥ you on it. So, i dunno his username but it started with j, but hows about you dont just blindly follow someones tweets like that, i mean youve nearly echoed notch word for word. If you dont get british humor then too ♥♥♥♥ bad really, it was intended to be a joke

How do you know it's true? It's a random YT comment, and there is no other comment backing up this claim. Unlike the Reddit story - there are some other posts there and some comments, which back up these facts.

Also, looking at these videos, there's a ton of people insulting Notch. In other places, there are just people hating on Yogscast (someone even ran up to them in an airport and insulted them. Real Life. Yeah, this dude is a massive idiot). There seem to be four sides, the Notch side, the YC side, the "I like both" side, and the "shut the ♥♥♥♥ up and enjoy the game" side.
For now, I am taking the "STFUAETG" side, as the story is still unfolding and there is some weird stuff, for example this video from Video Games Awesome http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTCKGchQpYE showing Jeb and Simon being pretty cool with each other. Also everyone is still waiting for the video response by the Yogscast.

So now, I'll be just standing in the back correcting people. Notch has already apologized for doing it this very unprofessional way, and there has been a post by Hannah targeting Notch, so there will most likely still be some stuff coming up.

There were missed expectations, and there were miscommunications. There were people who had to stand in line for a few hours, and never got to get things signed (4500 people at 30 seconds each = 37.5 hours, and that's just Mojang). With all of that, it's no wonder that tensions ran high. Seeing any bad blood between Mojang and Yogscast is like watching Mom and Dad fight. I hope we'll all be able to forgive and forget, and if there is ever another Minecon, the lessons learned here will no doubt be put into action.

We found it hard working with Yogscast, but we regret that this was aired publicly. We will now sort this out with them directly.

So yeah, conflicting views everywhere... let's see how that ♥♥♥♥ will end.
