Does this use the Bukkit dev. version? Also curious about the BomberCraft; does the TNT work as the classic Bomberman games? You know, horizontal and vertical lines?

Yes it does. There's also powerups. Redstone for larger blast, redstone torches for detonation and extra tnt blocks.

Server was up for a very short time today because i fell asleep when trying to get plugins to work, and now it works. 
(you can still live in old city if you want, and i will copy + paste your houses from the spawn to the new city if you want.)

I started a new city far away from old one because the snow was making me rage, plus, all the creeper holes, plus, this city has 2 ravines JUST for ninny
