Recommendations? As in plugins and other options? If so, you could have the FoundDiamonds plugin, as a warning to other players that someone has found a vein of diamonds, and it could possibly trip up the player who found them because it makes them a target, unless you want diamond collection to be kept personal. Another recommendation would be group chat enabled so alliances can talk between each other as a group instead of having to use /msg all the time (if you don't haven't already).

if 2 people want to drop out, that'll be fine and dandy, because this stupid server hoster can't have more than 8 people, and i can't set up permissions using the harder way.
EDIT: If your not in after 5 minutes, you are out of the games and the your district's other tribute is forced to live on their own.
