MineZ

"MineZ is a new mod (still in development) that takes it's cue from the DayZ mod for Arma II. There are still a few kinks to be worked out but lots of fun to be had!"

HOW DO I GET TO PLAY!!!??
MineZ is still in BETA, so we do not have it open to the public yet, but if you would like to hop in on the action, are excited to be a part of active development by providing invaluable feedback, and wish support the servers you can check out this link.

Can we break blocks?

Currently we have limited the types of blocks you can break and place to:
Chests
Torches
Cactus (with a wooden hoe)
Cobweb (with a wooden hoe)
Buttons
Signs (on the ground, not the wall)
Note that all block drops are disabled so breaking a block means it is gone forever, so you need to think twice about whether the iron door you are about to slap that button on is the one you want to be able to open.

When is it coming out?
We are in the final phases of testing and building the world, so we anticipate 1-2 weeks. We will be providing updates on content and what to expect, in the meantime you can visit this thread and try your hand at making structures for the map.

This is the Pokémon thread, not the Minecraft thread. :P

Anyways, it seems pretty cool, though it does seem a bit buggy (understandable for a work-in-progress mod).

Bump. This game has gotten so many updates I can't even list them all. A few users such as myself and nin and azn have started playing on this also.

So I started mapping out a travel route. I believe Grimdale is the best starting place because of the wealth of easily obtainable health pots and food. After that, I figured that heading west and stopping by a few off-road points with single-chests would be good to get better weapons. After that, I want to hug the shore of Romero until I get to the Big Tree and then head east to St. Roseluck for more for food and health pots should they be necessary and that's when the quest for OP weapons and armor begin.

Also I want to kill every single bandit on every server at least 5 times so I want to make a list on notepad and gather my supplies on a relatively empty server. My online-time will probably be sporadic because I hate people on MineZ as of late.(Seriously, I haven't trusted anyone lately)
