Any good minecraft mods?

Can anyone list some good mine craft mods that I can download? I already have single player commands and too many items. So I don't know what to get. Thanks

Why do you have SPC when 1.3 is out.
Also, Rei's Minimap, Optifine, a bunch of other crap.

also try millenaire if your looking for a multiplayer feel in singleplayer.
i think millenaire reqires minecraft forge

ModLoader is a given for the most part, except for mods that use forge. (besides optifine and similar)
Also, Minimap and Optifine are just the mods I use by default in multiplayer, I don't really have any singleplayer mods that I can think of off the bat. I would get TMI if I were working on something that required an extra client side mod download for a creative server with a plugin that adds new blocks or if I want quicker day/night in singleplayer, but usually I don't have it.
Also2, get MagicLauncher or SK's Launcher or some launcher. They help a ton with mod installation (i.e. No more copypasta, no more deleting META-INF, conflict detection, easy enabling/disabling of mods).
