I don't use a high FoV because it makes me think there are items, blocks, mobs, etc., are closer than they really are. Like when i'm mining in a huge cave system and I see diamond ore out the corner of my view and turn to see it's like 10-15 block away with a pit of lava surrounding it. Anyways, here's a different suggestion for us. How about adding blood and gore? I just imagine what it would be like when I rip a zombie's arm off with my sword. Maybe tearing off a creeper's head with an axe. Speaking of axe, why not add a tomahawk? :D

Ew, no. I don't know about other people but blood and gore would ruin the game for me. It's all icky and gross and ♥♥♥♥, why do people like it?

And what would a tomahawk do that an axe doesn't already? No offense but if you're going to suggest things please suggest useful stuff and not just pointless crap.

Blood and gore doesn't fit in a family-oriented game. It's the reason it wasn't added in the first place.
As for the tomahawk, have a right-click function that throws your axe. I'd be cool with that.

The tomahawk thing may need to be separate as it might not be effective enough and a waste of an axe. To make one you could remove the lower stick when crafting an axe, I guess.
Minecraft is an all-age game and blood/gore won't fit in it.

I sort of want hitboxes to separate on the body, and certain parts be more critical. Like, headshots do more damage than shooting a mob in the arm or body, and picking them with a pickaxe up close in the body does equal damage to the head.

Daggers are the one thing I want....

I think hitting someone in the head with a sword is already a critical hit, unless I'm mistaken.

Crits apparently only occur when the player is falling. There's no particular area to hit. I guess they also removed sprint-crits, too, but that still results in extra knockback. Different hitboxes would be cool.

(Note: I can't even play PC MC anymore cuz my PC's battery if ♥♥♥♥ beyond fixing. I can only play the Xbox 360 Edition.)

Ok, as for the tomahawk thing, it would be a seperate item that works like a bow but does X2 damage. The crafting recipe would require 1 stick, and an iorn ingot diagonally. You would also need to make tomahawk blades, like arrows to a bow. It's crafting recipe would be a normal axe, but without sticks. (Can only use stone)

I was playing the Classic version earlier today (don't ask, I was at school and really bored) and I saw something there that I think would be interesting: underwater caves. I'm not talking about caves that are like under the ocean, I mean caves that are literally filled with water. It would make the Aqua Affinity and Respiration enchantments more useful at the very least. I dunno why but it felt really cool exploring those underwater caves in Classic. Air shouldn't be a huge problem, just dig a block in the ceiling, or use a bucket or torch. I might not be a bad idea to have a bunch of air pockets though, just in case.

I'd love that. Maybe not entirely flooded, though, that sounds painfully tedious to navigate, but I would love to see lower parts of a cave system fill with water. Got a V shaped tunnel? Fill it with water, you have to swim under and up to get to the other side. Could be coupled with underground lakes too, we've kinda got those already but they could be a million times more engaging to explore.
