Alright then, no outlines it is. Once I finish doing all the ores, I'll post the newest terrain.png in the dropbox.

EDIT: Done. I forgot the lapis in the first terrain.png, but terrain2.png has the lapis edited. I was thinking about changing the furnace to look like the new cobblestone, but I want your guys' opinion on that. Should I do that?

EDIT2: Here's what diamond looks like, just for reference.

I like the textures, but I don't like how the ore bits still look 16x while the stone around it is higher res. Also, you should make all the ores a bit darker. Coal is still pretty hard to see, but it's better. Iron and diamond on the other hand are far too bright, it doesn't really fit with the texturepack.

OK, I'll work on that. Thanks for the feedback.

EDIT: I can't really think of any way to darken the ores without making them a solid color, which looks ugly IMO. Granted, the coal is completely black, but it's less noticeable since it blends with the stone texture a bit.

Also, I want your guys' opinion on the bedrock. It's the cave tile from LL. I personally think it looks too black, but I want some second opinions.

I say you could use the same texture for obsidian, and keep Bedrock really black while making Obsidian a dark purple.

So that looks okay for bedrock, just give it a purple-ish tint for obsidian?

Did you really need to rephrase exactly what tsu just said?
Anyway yeah I like the bedrock.

I wasn't quite sure I understood what he said due to his wording, so I was just confirming it. Working on obsidian now.

EDIT: How's this look for obsidian?

not bad

this texturepack is going out way better than i thought it was even though Zunar is doing all the work.

Also should you guys start on the faithful texturepack? I'd like the server to have that as soon as possible.

Was the faithful one just supposed to be default enhancements at 16x, or was that supposed to go up to 32x as well?
