Thoughts on the marketplace at spawn?

The stall/path layout is too rigid and blocky- we should redo it.

There is a portal to the Elven Grove project really close to the main portal. Feel free to help with it, try to make sure you keep it as natural as possible.

There is also a farm set up to feed you, make sure to replant.

So, the server's pretty inactive lately. There's school sure, but the game just doesn't captivate people like it used to. It's rare when a single person logs on for five minutes a day now, so I'm kinda wondering if it's even worth keeping the server running.

The server subscription is set to run out on Oct. 23rd, so I'll be preparing the map for distribution on the 22nd unless someone has a compelling reason to keep things running. I'm not seeing anything, though- everyone's still anxious about the Mojang-Microsoft thing, the map is getting pretty laggy due to unknown reasons, Shad still runs a very nice server of his own, and the game has just become stale for most of our active members. Personally, I had wanted to do this a month ago. I'd like to find another group game to play with the community, let Minecraft skip ahead a few versions, then maybe return to rediscover all the stuff, but that's just me.

Discuss, post your thoughts, whatever. I guess if nobody really cares, this is the end. It's been fun, we've made some pretty spectacular things, but maybe it's time to move on.

I've been coming on every now and then, but since no one's on, I pretty much stand at the skeleton grinder to get the last enchant I need for a perfect bow. I haven't seen if anything is unfinished, but I'm guessing that we're out of ideas for our fortress. I mean, we have an auto-smelter, a farm with pretty much every crop, multiple beacons, and many visual quirks everywhere. If anything, we still need that night club mentioned early on.
