So the IP for the server is now under a new host apparently. I saw the server was up but apparently hosted by "Creepernation".
I acted a bit confused, said that they were using an IP of a server I used to play on, and then was banned. Wut?

Oh yeah, Raz, you should probably edit the first post so people don't get confused.
He closed the server for an indefinite amount of time because of it's lack of use. There are a lot of people that play on Ven's UHC-mode server though, so you should check that out instead. Normal survival, just you can't regen without potions or golden apples or beacons.
