How do I go back to 1.5.1?

So I was asked if I wanted to download the newest version and I accepted, however now I can't go onto barely any servers. I know there's a way to go back, but I forgot how. Please tell me.

Download the new WIP launcher from mojang.com. It comes with 1.5.1, 1.5.2, and all of the recent snapshots pre-installed, and you can switch between them easily when you launch Minecraft. It also self-updates, which is cool.
