Alright, some kind of mercy rule and spoils of war thing needs to be addressed, or one guild *coughearthcough* is going to remain dominant for all of existence.

And raids should now need a reason and if you raid someone you MUST RP it or it's just a mindless thievery. (if you're trying to be sneaky, leave signs of a raid like signs saying you were raided or if you feel like it leave hints of a raid)

Hell, if raids are supposed to be a part of the RP, we should inform each other OOC when we're doing it, probably. Maybe not on impulse, but, like a week in advance or something. No schedule, just a warning so the terms can be set and no one leaves unsatisfied.

Well, since I'm not the leader of water anymore, I had to come up with a new backstory.

Appearance: viking helmet, white beard, light blue tunic
Bio: He was once the leader of a group of pirates who were visiting the frozen land. He was a terrible leader, and was overthrown and kicked out of their group. They left him alone in the frozen plains to survive on his own. He eventually found civilization, (in other words, the water guild's territory) and they accepted him. He dislikes the Fire Guild and occasionally goes over to their territory to mess with them.

Name: Asminia Froststryke
Age: 26
Appearance: a tunic and a hood on, as well as a scarf covering his face and beard
Bio: His parents both died in a convoy headed through the water guild's territory, and the rest of the people, considering the 3 year old as "dead weight" cast him off into the snow, where he adapted and learned to survive the frozen tundra.
