Will we have marks for time, say 20 minute intervals? It would definitely help those who are recording (like me).

Most online hosts can be configured to broadcast messages at specific intervals, yes.

If GoR is basically dead, and ven is still willing to pay (not saying you have to), we could set it up somehow on there since nobody seems to be able to localhost anything easily.

If I had a better computer that could handle running a server with a bunch of people and playing + recording Minecraft at the same time, I could host the server, but I have enough trouble doing that with just one other person during a collab project.
