The episode marker didn't work so I just said the marker myself. According to a comment by seth on leddit it was coded into the .jar of the server.

Anyone up for another one? I'd rather wait till Bukkit comes out because it'd help a lot more with the episode markers. (although we really don't need to record)

If I can make it this time then I'm in. Generally I'm available from about 3 - 5 PM Central on weekdays except Wednesday, sometimes I may not be available for about 15 mins or so. Weekends are an uncertainty, but most of the time I'm free on a Saturday at around noon or 1 PM.
That is, unless my family makes spontaneous plans and ruins my chances of participating like last time...
