Gowna sound stupid, but in basic terms ,what is p2p gaming?

Either "peer to peer" or "pay to play"

and since Minecraft is not a peer-to-peer game I'm assuming this server is pay to play

Not pay-to-play. Server is funded on my end 100%, so everything is free. The only payment is from donations, and that is if the player is willing.
I labeled it p2p in short for player-to-player, because we want to let the server help unite people and build a brotherhood or family of friends, and let people connect over many interests.

But yeah. No payment required. Completely free. Only payment at all is the in-game currency, that you get from selling items, and spend by buying from shops.

"Player-to-player" is not a term

but okay

Oh well that sounds much better.
I'll give it a try.

At the moment we are in need of someone with knowledge in permissions willing to assist us in setting up perms for each rank to let us know, so we can allow them access to the console.

We also have had an issue, and need to make it clear that X-ray is not permitted, whatsoever.
