And so does Silcoon and Cascoon unless you make them evolve from Wurmple. Wild Silcoon and Cascoon only know harden, but if you make them evolve from Wurmple you get poison sting and whatnot.

Luvdisc. It has terrible stats other than a base 90 speed (and swift swim). It's move-pool isn't even that great.

Kakuna as well. In the wild. Like with Silcoon and Cascoon, if you evolve Kakuna and Metapod they can have moves other than Harden.

Charizard
double-weak to rock (stealth rock cripples instantly)
also weak to water and lightning.

In an even 1v1 fight, Charizard is literally only good if it has a type advantage and goes first.

Metapod kakuna caught in wild suck. The only way to get GOOD metapod/kakuna is level up caterpie/weedle

Hmm...I am going to say...that Xatu is my least favourite pokemon...since that he doesn't have stats above 95, also that it learns a few good moves, you know. The final reason is that it have a few stab moves.

That's a sucky pokemon if I'd say myself. It's only my opinion, nuff said.
