Pokemon Gold/Silver and HeartGold/SoulSilver

Anyone got HeartGold/SoulSilver? I got it and it's awesome! They're remakes of Pokemon Gold/Silver for GBC on DS! Also, for anyone who has Gold/Silver, I know a trick on how to get all three starter pokemon (Gold/Silver only)

1. Before you get a starter pokemon, save it.
2. Play until you catch another pokemon.
3. Put your starter pokemon into a box and change it.
4. When it is saving, turn the power off before the word "POWER" appears.
5. Repeat for other starters and you'll have all three!

i have them both, one in japanese and one in english.
anyway, my friend has beat it and is starting his other one, hes giving away his pokemon as soon as he beats ash. (red)
and check your mystery gift, there is an event on now.

hey guys. heres something confusing, there are 8 badges right? wrong! there are 16 including kanto. but the reward of going to mt. silver is great if you get them all, you get to battle ash. (red)
