-Possible character customization as the character starts out looking into a mirror which is mutual in a lot of games which offer character customization.

-I'm assuming since the last generation was based on New York, and there is an Eiffel Tower-like structure, that you are correct. I would have said that maybe it's several countries, but a pokemon region has never been that big, and I don't think they ever will be. (What were Colosseum and XD Gale of Darkness based off of anyway? I want to believe that it's an original setting, but I'm doubting it.)

B/W2 is currently my favourite and new graphics won't change ♥♥♥♥.
N needed more plot in it though other than saving the day out of nowhere at the end of the story.

Well, today they have released the names of the new legendary Pokémon. The X one (stag) is called Xerneas (ZER-nee-us), and the Y one (bird) is called Yveltal (ee-VEL-tall).
EDIT: Oh wait, you were talking about new Pokémon in general, not just Xerneas and Yveltal. I'll take the quote out.

700+ Pokémon now exist apparently as well.

Yes, but he said 700+ Pokémon now exist. "Now" doesn't apply to the future.
