Clair, the last gym leader of the Johto region, will be returning. Her return will most likely feature a shiny Druddigon and a confrontation between the said Druddigon and Iris's Dragonite. Ash will encounter a Butterfree. Judging by the way he's looking at it and holding his arms out at it, I'm guessing it will be the Butterfree he owned in the original series, which he released in Bye Bye, Butterfree!. An Emolga is seen with Team Rocket, which means that they probably either caught one or somehow convinced Iris's Emolga to join them (the former being much more likely). It's also possible that the Emolga is simply a temporary ally or not an ally at all. Ash might be saying goodbye to his companions in this season, as the word "Sayanora" is seen below Iris waving.
I wonder what the episode with Beheeyem'd Iris, Cilan, and Pikachu is going to be like. Or the red-eyes-evil Meowth looming over Zoroark one.
