Don't know what to say besides it's not your average nintendo game.

On the contrary, it's pretty much your average open-world JRPG like Last Story and Monster Hunter that we've seen dozens of times.

It's made by the same people who made Xenoblade. I'd bet it's pretty good.

As of E3 2014, the game has been given the official title Xenoblade Chronicles X. Scheduled release date for 2015.

Gameplay footage was also revealed in a recent Nintendo Direct.

If this is going to be anything like Xenogears/Blade, this will be a fantastic game.

Wow, where has this game been all my life? Maybe I'll look into Xenoblade Chronicles, because this looks pretty fantastic. I really love the setting, futuristic, yet really beautiful landscapes. Although in the gameplay there seems to be lack of... flashy effects? IDK how to put it, just seems like the monsters aren't really reacting to attacks, no explosions every time you hit an enemy with a shot... maybe that's just me. Oh well, it looks amazing anyways.

And yes, as that says, it's technically an ARPG, but it's still made in Japan.

That aside I said that over a year ago and past me was more ignorant. I've come to enjoy the MonHun series myself so I can now say it's definitely not average at all. It's gotten me back into the ARPG genre after I've ignored it for so long, so I'm actually looking forward to an ARPG I can enjoy on my Wii U like Xenoblade X.

That being said, judging a game strictly by where it's made is a tad odd.

Also if you want an ARPG to pass the time until X comes out there's always Ys
