Hello there! You might be wondering 'What is RNG?' 'How do you do it?' 'why am i here' 'that litwick is pretty' 'don't hack u nob' but I'm here to answer your questions about this fairly useful service provided by yours truly.
First of all, let's answer those questions.

So, since I have some time to spare and I like listening to Chatots more than 300 times, I'll open up a service where I will RNG some Pokémon for YOU! Sounds pretty cool, right? Well sadly I must point out that there are some limitations I need to at least mention. However, I'll get to that later. Right now, I'll explain some terminology to you so you can understand all of the amazing stuff I can offer to you in here!
Terminology:
(most of it is simply taken from bulbapedia)
-IVs: Individual Values. They are, as Bulbapedia puts it, the Pokémon equivalent of genes. They are instrumental in determining the stats of a Pokémon, being responsible for the large variation in stats among untrained Pokémon of the same species. These are generated upon the appearance of the Pokémon (eg. finding it in the wild, starting a battle with a stationary Pokémon, when you receive it as a gift, etc) and can go from 0 to 31 IVs. When you want to mention a Pokémon's IV spread you just have to type the HP/Attack/Defense/SpecialAttack/SpecialDefense/Speed in that order.
-EVs: Effort Values, also known as base stats for some reason. They are attributes which give bonuses to a Pokémon's stats and improve differently depending which Pokémon they defeat. These bonuses, in the form of effort points, are gained in addition to bonuses gained by increasing level. 4 EVs means 1 point for a certain stat. You can have up to 255 EVs in a single stat and up to 510 EVs in total.
-Natures:They're are the Pokémon analogue of personalities. Every Pokémon in these games has one of 25 Natures. A Pokémon's Nature usually affects the growth rate of two of its stats, ultimately increasing one of its stats by 10% and decreasing another by 10%. Every Nature represents one of the 25 unique possible combinations of stat increase and decrease; thus, there are five Natures that have no effect on the Pokémon's stat growth (Bashful, Docile, Hardy, Quirky and Serious). These five "neutral" Natures are technically Natures that increase and decrease the same stat.
So, now that you probably understand everything you need to understand, here are the services that I'm offering:
Perfect Pokémon
A 'Perfect' Pokémon is one that has 31 IVs on all stats. I can get you that, along with the Nature you want! Or whatever spread you want. Want 0 speed IVs for a Trick Room set? Want 30 Speed IVs for Hidden Power Ice? Want a 18/5/26/31/27/9 spread on your Timid Liepard for some reason? I can get it for you!
Shinies
Yup! Shiny Pokémon! WOO. I must warn you that if you really want me to RNG a Shiny then you'll have to deal with less-than-perfect IV spreads and probably a nature you wouldn't like since I'm still fairly clumsy when it comes to this. But still, SHINY POKÉMON.
Hidden Grotto Pokémon
You want that Imposter Ditto at the Giant Chasm Hidden Grotto, but you can't get it because of the 1% chance of it showing up, right? Well, don't worry, because I can catch it for you! Please keep in mind that Hidden Grotto Pokémon cannot be shiny (not because I suck, because it's coded that way), but I can get you a Perfect Pokémon if you want.
Plans for the future: show
As I said before, there are some limitations to this service (this is both because I suck and because BW2 suck)
-I'm unable to do RNG breeding thanks to BW2's coding, so if you want a Pokémon that's not found on the wild in BW2 then you're out of luck. I'll probably be doing a Dream World service once X/Y releases tho, I just don't think starting right now would be a great idea.
-I'm unable to catch Pokémon exclusive to the lower part of the Giant Chasm (where the Plasma Frigate lands in BW2) since you are unable to use Sweet Scent in there, and Wild Pokemon RNG relies a lot on Sweet Scent.
-Obviously I can't get legendaries (already captured them, duh) or starters (once again, can't breed) or White 2 exclusives.
-I can't do rustling grass because I suck (don't worry, I'm working on it)
-a few other stuff I'm unable to remember
OMG USU THIS SOUNDS SO KEWL HOW DO I MAKE A REQUEST?
Do it as you feel like! You could go the normal way...
Hey Usu, I want a Shiny Marill with a neutral nature. I don't mind if IVs aren't perfect.
You can go all fancy...
Usu, I would like a male Jolly Multiscale Dragonite with a 31/31/31/any/31/31 IV spread nicknamed Jerk.
Or you could just scream at me.
usu you noob get me a mareep
All right, so start requesting!
