Been playing mostly with .52 gal deco lately. Inkstrike+Seeker is a pretty good combination, but its pretty bad in Tower Control. The gun itself kills in two hits while still being very fast. The only thing I can complain about with it is it's accuracy.

Actually, I've found some flaws with it. The key flaw being that its one of the only guns in the game defense up has a true effect on. Defense up will reduce the power of the .52 gal, making it take 3 shots instead of 2. Another key flaw is it's less than average range. Pretty much every other gun that isn't designed specifically for close range combat outranges it to the point of frustration at times. I've switched back to the .96 gal, which I honestly felt I do better with.

The .52 gal has bad range? I might be confusing it with a similar gun, but I could've sworn it had above average range.

I mean, like I said, it's worse than most non-close range type weapons, but not a very noticeable amount at first glance. It's still pretty stunted on range, however, and it really suffers against anything with a lot of range. Examples being .96 gal, Splattershot Pro, Tentatek Splattershot, almost all rollers(I think), every sniper, and is just a little better(in range) than Splattershot Jr.

I don't think rollers are that effective against .52 Gal Deco, you'd think they'd get two-three shotted pretty fast.

But yeah, I saw someone using the L-3 Nozzlenose one time and they were a complete pro with it. That thing hits pretty hard if you're not careful :s

Well, if you space it correctly, pretty much all of their flick animation things will hit you before you can really do more than 1 shot.

The only drawback of the L-3 Nozzlenose is its gimmick of only being semi-automatic. It has the power, accuracy and ink efficiency to be glorious, but having to press the fire button over and over is very annoying.

Yeah, certainly seems like a weapon that would take a while to get used to.
