I wouldn't mind if they used them for Hyrule Warriors to. Having allies controlled by AI (or maybe letting you switch between them) would be really cool, and similar to another beat-em-up game from Koei that I liked, Mystic Heroes. Not sure if that was already a thing in Dynasty Warriors.

I think Hyrule Warriors is based off Dynasty Warriors, but yeah.

You don't get to play as them. They're NPCs you can level up and stuff.
