So I just started submitting one of my stories to the portal. As such, I have some questions/suggestions:
1. Is there a way to edit chapters once they've been submitted? For example, I realized after my first several chapters were approved that the hr tags I had in the original story don't work, and so I'd like to edit them out. Also, I am planning on redoing a couple of segments and inserting some parts at some point down the road; as such, an edit chapter feature would come in handy.
2. Could there perhaps be a feature in which we could include a brief summary of each chapter? Kind of like what we have for the story as a whole except specific to each chapter…I think this would be a nice addition.
3. If we don't name our chapters, can this feature be made optional? Cause I just put "Chapter #" in that box for each chapter, but I just realized that now each chapter says "Chapter #: Chapter #," which is unnecessarily redundant. As an alternative for my most recent two chapters I just put a space for the title so that it wouldn't have a repetitive name, but consequently there's no way to just click a link at the top to jump down to that chapter. So yeah. Can that be worked on a bit?
4. Censors. Some stories (such as mine) have a good amount of explicit language. I would recommend that if you have censors enabled on the forums, this should in turn apply to the story portal.
5. So how do the staff picks work exactly?
Other than that, it looks good.
