I'm using IE and I PM'd Suyo this morning, so I don't think that's the case. Maybe it was just an error? Try Pming again and see if it works.

It's not an issue of "trying" to PM him and the PM not submitting; the PM button won't even appear.

Oh typical "I don't do it so nobody else does either." And what Buff said.

Oh and guys, don't forget the purpose of ratings. I've already seen some useless ratings out there--the idea is to rate THE POST, not the user, so you should help clarify that through your description. I see a problem right now is that users have no idea what post another user had rated on. Maybe this could be fixed by auto-quoting the post you rate before explaining it.

Hey, I've had my rating increased by 3 people, so I should have a rating of at least 3, but my profile only says one. Is that a glitch, or just a delay?
