Does anything happen because of those reputations? I think some people think they're useless.

Reputation is reputation. It's the acceptance from your peers and knowing that you're worth something that makes it all worthwhile.

I am wondering, can mods have the ability of seeing who +rep'd who? How many people can reset the reputation? Because some n00bs are -rep all the posts in my topic. After nin10mode post, it seems like it turn back to normal.

Can we also make a reason block of giving the reputation?

Click on your reputation number to the right->
It gives you a list of all the users who rep'd you. It's very useful if you want to know who + or - you.

The Masked One you know that you only get ratings when you give good advice and help new people so maybe you need to go on the welcome boards a bit more.
