(Thanks for fielding that, Usu.) Yes, Runouw's account with the company putting the site on the web (the host for the site) has limits on how much information is stored on the site (storage), how much information is transferred through the internet for people visiting the site (bandwidth), and how much processing power the host's server have to devote to these processes including running code (ram usage and processor usage). These limits are put on the account so that the host can assure all of their customers (people with web pages) that they will have the resources they need.
Our site was using too much of these resources, so the host, to protect themselves, shut down our account. We discovered, when we looked at the statistics of what was happening, that the chat seemed to be the part of the site using the most resources, so it was shut down. This happened two months ago, and it is happening again now.
Runouw has a good idea of what to do this time (though I do not know what his idea is), and he is putting it in motion as quickly as possible. We have the added benefit of all the brainstorming we did, the last time this happened, being available to speed up the process this time. Be patient, and all will be well.
