It's the Halloween forum. You can't have a Halloween forum without an epic layout.
Also, MoD basically just copypasta'd last year's Halloween forum. Which looked like this. Without that banner up there.

I didn't know I copypasta'd it until I finished it! XD I chose acid red as the background setting and as it turns out it was the halloween setting! :D

Stop being a smartass and just accept it as it is. I don't understand why you're talking about this, it should be obvious that it's just for Halloween purposes. Does there have to be some sort of deeper meaning behind it?
