Server Time (UTC-8; PST). We are upgrading to phpBB 3.0.10. This might take just 15 minutes if everything goes well, or 3 hours if stuff catches on fire and oh ♥♥♥♥ there's blood everywhere.
For those who hate timezone converting: 1 day, 11 hours and 12 minutes from the point in time where I posted this.
