- promoted Nwolf to Level 2 Chat Mod and MP3 to Level 3 Chat Mod
- added #coding
- added #japan (there were requests for #touhou and #anime but too few, so I just threw them into a pot)
- added a Submit button, as requested by brando
- added a different background color for messages with highlights
- added colored ♥♥♥♥ usernames (about damn timeTM)
- changed !name permissions so every Level 3 Chat Mod can use it
In other news...

Well shucks. See the reason I requested the submit button in the first place is because for some reason pressing Enter on my iPod's keyboard wouldn't submit messages to the chat, thus....not allowing me to chat. Welp, turns out....submit button doesn't work either.
It was worth a try I guess, thanks Suyo, I'll just have to try using hax to get another browser on my iPod (I heard Cydia had Firefox now :0) and maybe that'll work.
