I am getting the most holy damn glitch ever

when I load a level code, it freezes longer than Destinations, then shows a few objects, then does the Tile Cycle glitch while the menus constantly pop up but are non-functional.

Also, I need to play Dragon Valley so I can criticize SK for the Chinese elements.

Does this have something to do with updates or something?
