Seriously, if you keep bombarding him with requests, it's going to do NOTHING whatsoever - he's updating this game and doesn't need a ton of people nagging him about "add this" and "add that". He's the game dev, and he's got his hands full.

The Desert Castle did came at 9 July.

And is there gonna be like acid or something like in SM63 in the Hazy Maze Cave... but... depending on how lava works (instant kill, makes you bounce or drains life as you swim in it...) it might do the job of acid...

You can already make lava give instant kill even in beta. So I suspect you bounce of with HP draining.
