I can't wait for SM63 mods!

Darn Nintendo and their new idea!
How can they believe that paying to them for using their characters is going to help?
Nintendo's titles will be left alone and Nintendo will slowly go in the abyss...
Besides, they say is like a crime to use their chars or games for gaming purposes on public, but, All the people that look at that stuff are (By the most part) introduced to the Nintendon't World...

And... If this means the end of SM63... Well... Im going to miss all of it...

BTW, how do you download the exe. version?

Except....if we do this everything will go downhill. The majority of the userbase is kids and if there is one thing kids love, its Mario. If there was no Mario theme, there would be no memberbase, no game, and the site wouldnt grow like it does.

That...and whenwe get the source code we would have to update the portal to use a tag system, if certain mods only worked for certain levels.


Here is what I know about Japanese law...you can use copyrighted material if and only if it is for non profit. And as far as I know we dont buy the game...right? So w should be pretty safe.

Kolink had supposedly gotten the okay from Nintendo before using their sprites.
However, making people buy the eggs for Victini and Kyurem is breaking that contract.

And nowadays, kids like CoD. People our age associate with Mario, though. You're better off getting TF2 in the game than anything. xD

Don't you have to just click 'Games', 'Super Mario 63' and slide all the way down the page and there should be a 'Download EXE' option?

I would dearly love to get a copy of the source code - my son has been wanting to try and make a game similar to sm63 but with his own characters

though I can't say I'm personally bothered by the copyright claims on SM63 since I don't play it anymore, it makes me kinda sad. Just the fact if I never discovered it in the first place I wouldn't know some of the people I know and love today, that I'd be worse off without them. In the like, 4 years since I discovered Runouw I learned a lot of things, matured, met some awesome people, and etc and I'm really glad I did. You may not see me much here but that's just because I'm a lazy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who only lurks, please know I love you guys and I'll never forget you, you guys really did end up making a big impact on my life.
