This sounds like hands down the best part of the update. That being said WOO I might actually play without getting frustrated at flying six miles to the right every time I tap an arrow midair :p

Btw, what happened to the idea of having various delta block types unlocked throughout the game if you are already finishing this game up? I have noticed how the block select does come up by holding the right or left arrow keys in delta mode, though the normal block is the only one available.

I'm trying to make each new chapter focus on a new game-play element instead of adding them all at once. So it's very likely the next game will focus on something new like the block mechanics. The greatest focus of Null Space is the equipment system.

Oh. I thought you were implying, at the end of your first post and by "final boss", that this was going to be the final product.
Apparently there are going to be more chapters, so never mind. :3

Speaking of it, how many chapters do you think there will be?

Can't say for sure how many chapters there will be.

I really do like the updates and LL in general. There's just these two things I figure are important to address, both which are really bugging me:
    1) Even though the game does recognize duplicates of an item if they exist, I fail to find anything that tells me how many I have of anything. It makes selling things for extra Squares rather risky for someone who likes having at least one of each item.
    2) The Old Man character in the Level Designer does not change when I attempt to alter his appearance. I am sure this isn't intentional. I have already mentioned this particular issue in the Bugs thread, but I don't want to see the bug slip through the final version of this chapter.

EDIT: I just took a much closer look, and there happens to be a very small number under the item icons. So never mind about the first point. And I don't think it's worth editing the info out, so I'll just emphasize the edit.

- In game, opening the shop counts as a checkpoint, so now so you can't suicide to get items for free.

You can still do this with the enchanter.
Also, the Winged Boots, especially when upgraded, may mess up certain levels. For example, you can go onto the roof of the enchanter and go to the other side, but you can't get back.

I do not expect levels to become thaaat long. Even if the length should ultimately increase a good bit in the next levels.

Only things bothering me right now:

- Not being able to change enemies max. HP
- Not being able to change the waters dimensions. (Resizing would already be a giant step forward.)
- Enemies do not get hurt in that lava cave level, I've been working on. I don't even know if it's my fault, nor how I'd fix that. : (
- Customizable blocks do still not represent their ingame (inlevel) colour, once you're working on that one in the LDer itself.
