User Rep demotions/promotions

'Kay so, literally just a second ago, I promoted Raz to user rep. This is not an entirely spontaneous decision as I think a lot of us saw it coming. He's active, helpful and has a good knowledge of the forums, I think he'll do a great job.

Also, we have decided to demote Alucard from his user rep position. There may be further changes throughout the next few days on the UR group, as we're organising it a little bit though because, as you may have noticed, it's gotten rather large. Unfortunately this means no new promotions, but perhaps some further demotions as soon as we've discussed things more to make sure we are doing the right thing.

So yeah, give it up for the new UR. :>
