In my opinion, it is a spambot, because if you look closely, you'll see his comments are the same of the other posts in the same topic. Also, it's strange when you post at 7:02, 7:03 and 7:04 am in different posts.

60 seconds per post/thread. I can do posts in under 30 seconds. Sometimes less. Multiple tabs.

Anyway, I propose we let the users test themselves with the page source code of the index. You'll need to know HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, and HTML5. Just save the index page a as a complete webpage, and you will have a folder with files, directories, etc.

The spambots that still exist are ones that were made before Suyo made the new filter, and never posted so we never had a reason to ban them.

So Suyo is being demoted, but is it possible he pops in from time to time? :o
