We've decided to make this topic so there is a direct place to post about any staff promotions/demotions, instead of having to make new topics.

Our most recent demotion is SuYo1141, previously a user representative.
No other promotions or replacements are expected at this moment of time as our current number of user reps are handling everything well.

It will be sad to see him go and I hope he will return some day.


Any future staffing changes will now be posted here. Will leave this topic open for any of you guys to comment.

Never thought he'd be the last Suyo to retire

If you haven't seen already, we've had a LOT of staff changes over the past few minutes. So let's say hi and bye to the people involved c:

Firstly, DEMOTIONS:

• Buff_ is demoted from global moderator due to inactivity
• Nwolf is demoted from level moderator for the same reason
• Aznchau4ever is demoted from moderator position too
• UsuarioTHf has been demoted from a user/site representative

But now let's congratulate the new people to the team!

PROMOTIONS:

• Doram is the replacement glomod. I think we can all agree he is perfectly fit for the position and is a great user, it's shocking he didn't get this sooner tbh. (and yes, he is active but just behind the scenes, I promise)
• Raz is Chau's replacement mod! Again, he was an excellent choice as he is very active and has a great knowledge of the forums. Aka he fits all the criteria for a great mod in my eyes.
• FrozenFire is the new level mod. Even though he's not been around as long as some, I still think his fairness in personality and his growing designer skills make him deserving of this position.
• *Emelia K. Fletcher is the new U/SR; considering we have lost Raz, Usu and Doram, a new member on the team was needed really. And he might not be the only SR promotion yet (insert tension here).

So yeah, good luck everyone!

Congratulations guys, awesome to see these people making a difference.

Shame to see the demotions though :<

The FrozenFire promotion did, undeniably, surprise me a bit. But, I still think he's fit for the role ;3

In short.

I'm not really trusting Doram yet.
Tsu's promotion was definitely predictable and hope he keeps up the way he does right now.
Frozen is a nice choice and I hope he'll do better than I did.
MK is an interesting addition as critical voice to the user rep team.


Still congratulations to everyone.

Congrats to all! You really deserve it, though it is a bit sad to see Chau blue.

That's a really big change on the site, indeed. I thank Buff, Usu, Chau and Nwolf for making difference and for helping us build this great site, and its community. You sure made history on this site, be it because of levels, because of big personalities, or even because of entertainment (<3), and I hope, that even being demoted, you still visit and hang out sometimes.

Also, I congratulate all promoted people. You guys are simply the best, and I believe you will change this entire site and make a huge impact towards everyone.

I have to agree with Karyete that it was a suprise, even for me, really. I am really happy, and hope to contribute and do my best as a lemod.

I think he just means that to be a glomo Runouw.com is basically putting its entire trust in your hands because you have an awful lot of power, so it's sometimes hard finding someone you think can be trusted with that sort of thing. But I personally trust Doram a lot. The global mod replacement part was easily the hardest part (for me anyway) to decide on and organise.
