It's mostly because of the fact that Off-topic is the most popular forum that we have no counted posts in there, and this one requirement to gaining access to FoR will at least push users to check out the rest of the forums. Granted, FoR is basically off-topic but with less rules, and therefore it's basically a spam forum. I still stick with Suyo's suggestion of half n' half (half off-topic, half other forums) as it shows that the user is at least getting around in the forums rather than sticking solely to off-topic.

Since the FOA channel is for veterans only, and most FOA topics in the forum are us butchering the rules, can I break the "no video music" rule in the channel?
