Given the site problems starting yesterday, is it likely that the Story Portal will open to all members today as originally planned?

Sadly, no. I'm having some problems with the FTP, so I gotta wait until I can connect to the server again.

EDIT: Story Portal will be released Friday, so I have much time on the weekend to fix stuff.

We seriously need an edit button.

Everyone should be able to see the Story Portal now, just click on the link in the first post of this topic.

I was just wondering how do you make a story???

Click on the Link that says Go to your Story panel. Then click Create New Story.

You'll go to a section to create the story summary and title. After you've entered the title and summary, it will return you to your story panel.

Right now your story doesn't have any chapters, so now you click on whatever story you want to add a chapter to, and click on the Write Chapters link on the right-most column.

Then you'll write the name of your chapter, or leave it blank, and put in the actual substance of the chapter within the second box. Afterwards, press Submit chapter, and done!

Your story will not appear on the portal until it has at least one chapter approved by a Story Moderator. Remember that.
