anyways, i dont think anybody exept veteran or higher should be a UR, only trusted members that have a large amount of posts, and are active almost everyday.
And if all the Veterans + were user reps, then there would be a whole Arse load of them, some not even being trusted members.
right now I think were O.K. with 4.despite my above post.
