Yeah, MOY already announced it, but I just make a quick topic to sum everything up.

- Doram, Usuario THf and Riddah were chosen to be the first User Representatives.OH MY GOD
- MOY is stepping down from moderator to User Representative.
- MIC levels up from LeMod to Mod.
- Buff levels up from regular to LeMod.
