Fun: 3/10
The level was just...unfunny. One big important suggestion: ADD LEVEL TRANSITIONS. Why? Because your level LAGS as hell. Check the window that says "Quality", and then look at the fps.
In order for a level to work perfectly you needs 30 fps. To work good 20 fps. 15 fps is already lag.
Most of your level runs below 5 fps. It's quite unplayble. Luckly I want nothing but to help you, so please hear me: 1) take out a lot of enemies. They don't make the level harder at all and produce lots and lots of lag. 2) Add level Transitions. They help a lot to reduce lag. Also, the plattaforming was a mixed bag. WAY too many cirle green plattaforms, and some confusing design.

Graphics: 3.8/5
You should know I'm very picky with the graphics, but you did very well. A little bit too many butterflies, a little bit of cut-off (the part with the clouds betwen the islands, you know you can just make normal edges right?) and a little bit of lack of decoration in the last islands, but for a begginer's level, it looks GREAT.

(NOTE: Since the lag was already considered in the FUN section, since it really affected it, I won't consider it for this one)

Overall: 9.8/20=> 2.4/5 (2 stars)
It really hurts to give you a low mark, since you have lot of potential and you are quite good at designing. The lag made the level almost unplayble, but it can be fixed. Actually, most of this level can be fixed quite easily. Just work on it.

This isn't a full out review, but I just have a recommendation:
Because of the way you designed your levels, left-right transitions would screw up the level design. This is why Runouw really needs to put in up-down transitions, because vertical levels are extremely hard to make without lag. So my advice for you is to delete some of the level's many enemies to reduce the slowdown that the level is getting.
I really do like this level, and as Lordpat said, you have a lot of potential.
