If you end up on the left side of the building you can triple jump up onto it and then go over to the Shine Sprite.

Or I'm really lucky and then I'll be right back going to the casino or you can't die in this level. I tried 20 times to see, and I've survived all 20 times. I don't know if this the goal you were looking for but yeah.
Certainly not epic. Where is the fun? No real graphics and nothing in other.
Do not make levels like this. If you want a luckiness test, think of a number between 1 and 6 and throw a dice. Super Mario 63 is here for better levels.

This level was alright, but you should make a bigger,more complex, sequel.
