I guess I can't really give a score to a test level. But even then, welcome to this site.

For your first level ever, not too bad. Although the tiles and background gotta match. And make sure to use your entire space, it kinda saddens me when there's this giant empty space is there in the level that gets neglected of any purpose whatsoever. And don't be afraid to use more than just a blue brick in your entire palette of tiles.
