I solved the puzzle. The answer is "triple jump off the warp pipe with the fence on it". But I don't think that's the intended solution.

This level is very bare and way too easy, as mentioned before me. I would suggest adding decorations and enemies in many areas, including the beginning. There are also a bunch of open spaces inside the walls. Try filling them up next time, please.
The most important thing to keep in mind is to TEST, TEST, TEST your levels. Make sure things work out as intended before submitting a level. They are also boring if they lack in length, such as this level.
Also, you could place a wall directly above the lava before the Shine, so that you cannot pass through it without a Metal Power-up... which you never added into the level at all. Why is that? The Hover FLUDD was pointless anyway.
Just make sure you test things out in the future, and you'll have more recognizable potential of being a good level designer.

This puzzle is broken,it's possible to ignore the FLUDD Powerup.
