It's not hard to change the font coulour:
on a sign for an ex.:
You want read RED COIN in RED
"Collect 1 RED COIN" just write...
"Collect 1<font face="dirty headline" color="#FF0000">RED COIN</font>
Don't forgot write </font> because if you forgot the text has not writed on the sign.
