I haven't finished playing yet, but just now I've found a bad glitch (it'll be simple to fix, though!). When I got to the rising/receding lava portion, everything looked great at first. I decided to jump around, and then found this:

About the "safe" nook... if you jump and land inside while the lava is at its peak, there is a chance you'll get burnt by the flooring. You will probably be able to figure out a solution right away! *looks at the greatness of everything in the level*

I thought it hindered the fun a little, but everything else was top-notch!

Regarding the glitch, I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to, for there are at least two nooks that come to mind.

The first one (right after the entrance) is intentional, and I never encountered any problems with it.

If you mean the last nook above the moving blocks, that isn't meant to protect you from the lava/fire at all. Rather, its a safe nook so the moving block itself doesn't crush / stall you.

Personally, I thought this was a smashing achievement. The challenge was pulled off excellently. I loved each different room and how one got there via star. The challenges were varied, some simple, some more complex. All of them were crackling with a simplistic genius, from the invisible drop to the rising/falling lava, it was all very well executed. The beginning was a tad bit tedious, but not enough to offset the rest of the level. I'd still be confused if I had four stars and the fifth wasn't easily in sight, although it'd be somewhat hard to miss the path to the first star near the beginning. Graphically it was superb. Not much more to say than that. I loved the paintings, the tile scheme and that friggin awesome bullet shooting fire flame in the metal-cap path. Overall, it deserves all five stars and a sixth if I had it. Well done.

This is exactly what I meant, in case if I hadn't explained clearly enough before. I do not think somebody would intend something like this:

Make sure you look at this pic carefully.
SOMETIMES, when you land onto the flooring pointed by the arrow, and the lava is at its height, you'll end up getting burnt. The lava is JUST around the point where you can stand on the bricks, but a pixel lower. Apparently (and I have had many similar instances), when you land from a jump Mario technically pushes down further for a split second. This allows him to reach further, and the same applies with walking into walls (doesn't apply with this discussion... heh...). In fact, I've discovered that if you dive into a wall, you could reach even further in (I hid things deep inside walls in some of my levels.

Ah, that is truly a nuisance. It didn't come up during my initial testing either.

I edited it to lower the flames a little, and I haven't been able to replicate it, so hopefully that will finalize that issue.
