If you want to post a level you just need to copy/paste your code here (At the bottom of the page). Or here at the right side of the page. Then writing a little description of your level to make people interested about it.
After that you click the progress button (add maybe a level player left from the button with clicking the square)
If you want you can change the title/subtitle then. And at the very end you just need to click the submit button.

Don't worry if your first (three though) levels need time to appear in the portal. It will need to be approved/disapproved. But moderators should normally inform you about disapproving levels so far I know.
