Please add level transitions into the level the next time to reduce lag.
Also less enemies after the first cage part or the stairs with lots of bullies.
The big bully near the sling star should be removed to avoid getting killed that way.
Less shy guys in the last part of the level would help too.
The Slingstar over the lava could have been mentioned before or you add a platform to get saved.
At last. Please use one Shine Sprite in the end. This counts already to spam there.

To the mods here. I approved it because i think there was some effort put into the level.
(And I liked the cage/backflip trick in the beginning.) So don't hurt me. :3

All in all: I did not like this level very much.
And it was not the easiest level in this portal.
In fact, it was very difficult. The sling star at the end did not push me up high enough.

Fun:
I had not very much fun, because I died all the time. Maybe it is because I am a bad player.
But I could not solve the level.
I did not like this tiny crossings. There, I always died.

Graphics: The graphics were not so good. There were no trees, plants or rocks.It was not beutiful. You just used many differnt tiles, I liked that.
But in the end, there were too many of the shy guys. And you did not use lots of coins.
In the end you I saw too much shine sprites.
And where Mario should land?
He just falls off with this shine sprites.

That was because i was joking. I Might of made a mistake and i tried to make the player move while it was falling back to the beginning. And about the decoration, I just couldn't find the right items so i had to use rocks. Although i'm not sure about the slingstar, as i tested and succeded through 17/20 of the level, as i was too lazy to test all of it. Sorry And I din't expect in a seaside of lava there to be plants.
